With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carol Douglas is a seasoned professional dedicated to excellence. As the Director of Operations, Carol has been an integral part of the team, working closely with Brad for all of those 18 years.

Carol’s journey began with her studies at Columbia College, culminating in her graduation from Kansas City Business College. Her career started as a Data Processor, and through her dedication and expertise, she transitioned into leadership roles that lead her to where she is today. Carol is also a valuable resource for annuity & Medicare knowledge, lending her expertise to support clients.

Outside of her professional life, Carol cherishes quality time with her family. Born in Kansas City and raised in Weston, MO, she brings a deep understanding of her community to her work.

Carol holds Life and Health licenses for both Kansas and Missouri, underscoring her commitment to providing comprehensive financial services to her clients.
